Up for sale is my Hypertech Speedometer Calibrator for the 2007-2010 Tundra. I still have the original packaging and all the paperwork, receipts and software. It's 2 weeks old. I'm asking $175 shipped. Thanks!

How does it work? Does it show the difference on the actual speedometer on the truck or on a seperate unit? I have a 35" tires with a 6" lift so i know my speed is off by 4-5 mph.

Ok, looking at the picture that I posted, here's how it works.
Take the small black box, and connect it via USB to your computer. It will ask for your previous tire size and then your new tire size. Once you enter this information, click connect and it loads the new information. Then you go and remove your grey plastic surrounds in front of your instrument cluster, remove the cluster with the 4 10mm bolts that hold it inside the dash. There is a wiring harness that comes from the ECU that plugs into the back of your instrument cluster. You disconnect that cable from the back of the cluster, plug it into the circuit board with two adapters on it; it doesn't matter which one, and then take the cable provided and plug into the other slot on the circuit board and then into the back of your cluster; providing a piggy-back effect. Take your small black box and connect it to the 10 pin connector that's on the provided wire harness. Put the cluster back in the dash, snap your surround back on and away you go. It's takes maybe 10 minutes total to do. Spend more time on the computer than you do anything else. Hope that helps!
