Retrofit Fog Lights

I just bought a 2002 Corolla LE.

It did not come with the factory fog lights. Installing the lights themselves does not look like a big deal, but a few questions:

Is the wiring already in place and is it just a matter of plugging them in?

Also, a more difficult question. The fog light switch is supposed to be on the turn signal/head light switch, but since mine did not come with fog lights, mine does not have the switch. How hard would it be to replace the turn signal/head light switch with one equipped for fog lights?

If you can take a picture of the HEADLIGHT SWITCH CONNECTOR so I can see the wiring, I should be able to tell if it is pre wired for fog lights.

I can get you the HEADLIGHT/FOG switch and relay and lights at a discount, if your interested.

If it is prewire, the switch is held in by 2 screws and a clip.
All you have to do is remove the steering coloumn covers and then the switch. I will send you a picture of where the relay goes.

I need to see the wires first to know for sure.

OK.

I just took a look at it. How do you remove the covers from the steering column? It almost looks like you have to pull the steering wheel (and I really don't want to set off the airbag.) There is a single screw underneath the column, but I think there is more to it than that.

Start the car, turn the wheel and look at the coloumn covers, there are 2 more screws, 1 on each side of the steering wheel, and the one you already found.
NO NEED TO REMOVE WHEEL OR AIR BAG.

Perfect.
The RED WIRE with a BLUE tracer is the fog light wire for the relay.
It is there in PIN 11.

If you have wiring in the bumper up front then I would say YES it is plug and play.

Here are some shots from under the bumper. On each side, there is a white two-conductor connector, roughly 3/4 inch in diameter and 3/4 long. (it was hard to focus at such close range).

Here is a pic of the fog light connectors, they appear to be LIGHT GRAY. If the wire colors are a RED Wire and a White/Black wire, then I would say those are it.
