A/C & Rear Power Windows Not Working

Hello All,

I currently have a 2002 Toyota Corolla (Japanese version) here in Jamaica and am having problems with my A/C system. When I press the button on the panel, the light flashes and the A/C goes off. The air that it blows isn't cold whatsoever!

Additionally, my rear power windows are stuck in the up position, hence they do not go down whatsoever. I know the motor is recieving electricity to it as whenever I pull up the rear power window buttons, the headlights will dim slightly - as is normally the case.

Would anyone have any suggestions on what to do to get this fixed? Unfortunately there is only one Authorized Dealer here in Jamaica and I am hoping to visit them tomorrow to fix these problems. Looking forward to hearing from anyone soon.

When the A/C button is pushed can you hear the compressor clicking?
Check the sight glass on the (down pass side hose/pipe), with compressor running are there bubbles?
