Are these headlights or cornering lamps?

Alright, I replaced my stock headlights (which use seperate bulbs for low/high beams) with JDM style headlights (which use single H4 bulbs for low/high beams). I am trying to find some help with the wiring process. I believe I have the headlights wired the correct way, the drivers side is bright, but for some reason the passenger side is not. Anybody out there swapped out headlights and had to re-wire who can help?

Here is a pic of the new single bulb headlights:

usually a dim headlight is in correctly wired or a bad ground.
The lights look really nice!
