Default Power windows problems

Earlier this year, it was very icy and roads were slick. My parents got into a horrible accident and my 2001 Toyota Corolla rolled down a hill (according to them). The car was not damaged physically though (the body of the car was not effected). However, now, when the weather is cold outside, especially when it is raining, I cannot roll down or up my windows (I'd rather roll up my windows when it is raining instead of down)

Anyone have suggestions? Is it hard to fix?

Thanks!
