Always garaged and polished and waxed regularly. I know what KBB says but should gas prices and the amount of miles be a deciding factor in the price as well? KBB says anywhere from 2,900 to 3600. The only thing are small scratches in the bumper and worn tires

Why would you want to trade a relatively low mile Corolla that you've maintained and know has not been abused, for a used car that you have no idea where it's been? Drive that thing into the ground already.
KBB takes into account the mileage and all options. They are normally pretty accurate.
