Corolla 1997 AE102R Immobilizer
Hello Everybody
I just bought used Toyota Corolla 1997 AE102R which has a Immobilizer.
I took the car for a wash and i hosed it under the bonnet as well, Of course the doors were open for a long time when i was drying the car. Now the car wound not start i tried to lock & unlock doors with the remote but it would not do that either, all it did was beeps twice and the indicators blink twice.
A Gentleman at the car wash helped me start the car by keeping the button pressed for a few seconds while key was on the ignition, now the car starts but I cannot use Keyless entry or even lock the doors with the remote.
I have also left the battery lead out for 5 minutes thinking that may reset the device but did not make any difference.
Can anyone help?
