Corolla LE 06 Fog (not pre-wired)

can any one post details on how separate switch on the dash connects ?
how many wires does it have. Where do they connect.

I tried searching for diagrams for an after market install, however didnt find one. This is the first time I would be doing this install, any help is appreciated
