Will i need a special tool for removing the crank-shaft pully? or is it held in place by a key? I have a harmonic-balancer pully remover, which i used on a few engines i re-built will it work? Thanks for all your help..

All you need to do is remove the damper bolt and it will slide right off. If you don't have an impact gun, you can use a large breaker bar - wedge it against the right hand side of the wheel opening subframe and bump the key (with the ignition system disabled, of course! )
