How to change passenger rear mirror on 2006 Toyota Corolla LE - Toyota Tundra Forums : Tundra Solutions Forum

Hi everyone, my wife drove my car out and "somehow" knocked on the stationary truck, the mirror on the passenger side was snapped into half, mirror was not broken, but was detached and hanging out.

I have purchased a factory part, but here is the problem, I have a triangular speaker on where "triangle area" is on the CE (other threads say you can pry ithat layer off, can I do it on the speaker?) how do I remove it? Do I have to dismantle the door panel?

You have to remove the door panel. Then you are able to see what you have to take off to get the tweeter off. If you need more help check out 9thgencorolla.com and it have the diy to remove the door panel under the audio diy for front door speakers. I think it is one or two screws and then you can get the tweeter off and then the three mirror bolt are under there.
