i need help with windshield wiper

i have 1999 corolla. my driver side windshield wiper doesn't wipe just stay still while driving home one night on a rainy day...but my passenger side the wiper is find. can someon help me please......So, is it a fuse or motor and where can i find those stuff...sorry don't know much about car..a newbie...thanks guys
