Default corolla '06 CE install fog lights wiring

Hello
I have a corolla 06 CE and did not bring the wiring up of the relay or fog lights conectors, I already have the turn signal head fog light switch, if someone can give me reference on the installation and a wiring diagram.

Thank you for your attention

Hi can someone post pictures of how the factory wiring looks like for fog lights ?

I too tried looking for the wires behind the foglight covers on my 06 corolla LE but didnt see anything. I checked the fuse box and the first slot (as per the manual it should be the fuse for fogs) is empty.

Thanks,

also assuming that my car isnt pre-wired for fogs, what would be the best way to install them ? Is going for the orig toyota fogs the best route to go or just buy the OEM stuff and install them since the wiring has to be put in place any ways

Thanks in advance !

There is even nothing between the cabin and the car, the slot for relay is empty, no contacts, just plastic frames.

I don't want to wire it.

If you want to install factory fogs on your '06, and maybe all 9th gen Corollas', here is all you need.
Two lamp assembly's (one right - one left ), a turn signal/headlights/foglights switch, and the fog light relay for the fuse box under the hood.
The factory already installed all the wiring, and most likely the fuse too, for you, so that part of the job is done.
Install your lights carefully so that they are secure, open the hood and pop open the fuse box. Push your relay into it's socket, and close the box.
Drop the hood.
Remove the three screws that secure the two steering column shrouds, (one upper, one lower) then disconnect the plug from the turnsignal switch.
Now depress the plastic locking clip and slide the switch up.
Push the new switch down until it locks in place, and reconnect the plug for the wiring harness.
Carefully replace the two shrouds fastening them with the three screws.

Start your car and turn your new lights on.
Kool, huh?
And so simple I can't believe it.
Now all you have to do is wait for it to get dark, so you can AIM them properly.
Total cost will run you about $300 if you get all the parts new. That is, if you get the lights from a vendor off ebay.
The switch can be had for $125, and the relay is about $50.
Total time to install, should be less than 20 minutes. (If you are sober.)
Hey, don't tell me I don't contribute.
You're welcome.
I am a new member, and I want to ask you where can I buy a fog light with all the things needed to install it that are not really as much as expensive .

Do you happen to have the part numbers for the relay and the switch?

[quote=9phil9;505951]RKOWALK

I get my parts from these guys.

TRD Toyota/Scion Parts Accessories from Sparks Toyota/Scion
Even if the parts you want are not advertised, that's ok, just send them an email detailing exactly what you want.
They charged me $48 for the relay, and $125 for the switch.
Not too bad compared to what your dealer is attempting to overcharge you for.

Would these relays work? I used them to install factory heated seats in my Tundra, you may have to cut off one of the pins though.

I almost installed a foglight kit on a 03 corolla, purchased on ebay. I say almost because I've installed it all the way through to the switch on the dash. Now there is a white plug with a yellow wire that needs a home. I can't locat where the plug installs at. Oh, the foglight kit does not come with instructions.
