Programming ELVATDD FOB instruction needed

I have a remote entry system installed at Bill Penney Toyota with kit 00016-34040 and 2 FOBs with FCC ID: ELVATDD. I want to add a new FOB. This one is different then the Factory Installed system.

Could someone be kind enough to point me to or send me the programming instruction? I cannot find it anywhere, and my Toyota dealer did not respond to my phone call voice mail. I am also afraid the info is not free from them.

I found the FOB on ebay but no seller was able to provide me with the programming instruction. Could someone help?

You have a Securikey+ system, most likely from a South East Toyota (SET) dealer or a Gulf States Toyota (GST) dealer. You can try a forum search on "Securikey", last resort is to call Gulf States Toyota at 800-444-1074 and they will send you the instructions.
