You know what I really hate about my Corolla?

i hate that mines sitting in my garage up on jack stands for the past 3 weeks, waiting for me to find a a cheap enough transmition so i can aford to buy it. and to make it even better its a 5 speed with only 70k!! so much for toyota relibility. main shaft berring was goin out for a while then it finally self distructed doin 70 down the freeway.

I also have the same complaint about the steering wheel being too far away "or the floor pedals being too close". It's my wifes car, 2003 Corolla S, but I also drive it quite a bit. I can imagine how the tall guys feel I'm only 5'8" but yet if I put the seat back to where my legs are comfortable on a longer trip my arms are now outstretched like a gorilla Her last car was a 1997 Corolla and the seating position was MUCH better. Hopfully they will correct this problem with the new redesigned 08-09 model, or at least offer a telescopic steering wheel, what were they thinking Other than this it's a great car.
