I've always been a big fan of Eagle One All wheel and tire cleaner. Used to be called A to Z back in the day.

Also PoorBoys Bold N Brite. Locally, Westlys Bleach white is the best I have ever used on RWL's, and it cheap. Bout $9 a gallon.
