Default Water Spots

My 07 Tundras first year was spent in the driveway. During this time I have accumulated lots of little water spots on the drivers side and hood (from sprinklers I'll bet)
The truck now lives in the garage. How can I get these spots off my paint?

Also, what is this talk of "Clay Bars"? What do they do?

Thanks in advance,

Bill

You can use a clay bar. It removes all bonded contaminates from your paint using just a little block of clay.

If that doesnt work, then you will have to try something like Klasse AIO to remove the spotting.
