...or at least it looks like it has. Just below all the door handles on both ends, there are drainage lines. I have a supwht CM which really hides most of it too........NOT! I keep it pretty clean and pressure wash the drains and handles real good to prevent dirt as well as dry it off completly. Could the black handles themselves be causing the black colored drainage?
Mine does that also. It is probably just a combination of late drainage of water that gets mixed with a little dirt from behind the handle bezel, then dribbles out as you drive. Just wait until it stops (dries completely) and wipe down the door with a damp chamois.
This is very aparrent on many Toyotas including my Highlander.
Toyota Sprays a liquid WAX anti rust protectant that lines all the doors. When it rains the dirt along with the Factory applied wax dripps out of the drain holes. Yu will find this drip running down from all the door drains as well as the door handles.
It tends to be more noticeable on lighter colored vehicles. But is will come off with any good cleaner wax or light compound.
It usually wears off and stops dripping after a couple of seasons of hot and cold climates.

I've seen older cars with the apparent same problem and it ended up being a permanent stain. I guess it's something to watch out for. I have my first routine maintence coming up. I'll be sure to add it to my list.
Water drains from the door handles, and mirrors all down the side of the doors after any wash. If you don't blow the water out you'll eventually have dried water stains, which are more difficult to remove later on. Keep these areas coated well with a protectant and wax to protect the finish as best you can. This will also make these stains easier to remove when you're ready to do so.

TSoul, what's draining from these handles is like nothing I've seen before. It's a black oily-like substance except it doesn't smear and it doesn't drain/drip all the way down the side of the truck. Tomorrow, I'll try to take some pics.
Same stuff dripped from my last Chevy Silverado and my wife's Subaru Outback. Some sort of protective wax/sealant that's used inside the body panels to prevent corrosion. Doesn't seem to hurt the paint, but it does make a mess.

Like I stated earlier it is a parrifin type Wax that Toyota Sprays in production to line the sheet metal within the DOORS and certain other metal to metal joints. i.e. hinge joints, etc. It is discussed in most Toyota Factory Body Repair Manuals.
It is a rust protectant that gets dark looking with dirt and feels sticky. But is just wax. It will stain the Clearcoat if yu don't keep these areas well waxed/sealed. It eventually disapates over time. This wax is literally dripping because of the amounts Toyota uses and the Heat will thin it out somewhat. They have used this for many years. VW and MB I believe started this technique many years ago.
