Default Best way to remove adhesive from the windows???

My new Tundra has factory applied tinted driver and passenger windows. I peeled the "alarm" sticker that was on the window (the tall yellow one that says this truck has a alarm) and the adhesive is still on the window. I tried the "peanut butter" method, but the stickey stuff still shows. I've scrubbed and soaked the window w/ Windex - no luck. I hate to take a scrapper to it, as I'm afraid the tint may get scratched.

Any ideas?

Thx!

I've used Goo Gone before with pretty good results along with a razor to scrape it up and some cleaner afterwards.

WD-40 removes adhesives really well.

The peanut butter trick is for removing wax residue off of black plastics. Try some Goo Gone, Goof off or WD-40, it should come right off.
