Buy a gallon of Simple Green and dilute it 3:1. Use it for everything except wheels. You can use it on wheels if you want, but since you should have wax on them, soap/water should be all you need.
Gallon of simple green is about $10 and it will make 3 gallons

Yeah, I already have a gallon of Simple Green so I'll just do that. Thats what I've been using on the wheel wells.

For a tire shine treatment I have been using Stoner's "More Shine" for awhile and am happy with it. Some auto supply stores carry it. They also make "Invisible Glass" for windows". You can also order online at Stoner's.com. If you buy in a case lot, it is cheaper, and the shipping is still "free".
I have always used Westley's tire bleach for cleaning tires and wheels, and I have owned Alloy, and Polished Aluminum wheels, and clear coated wheels, and it has no adverse effects on the finish. Purchased in the large bottle it is relatively cheap.

Stoner makes awesome products. That's the only glass cleaner I ever use for my vehicles and home.
I have used the Westley's on tires that have white letters on them and it works great, but if you accidentally leave it on the wheels for too long and it starts to dry, it can create a haze that is a bitch to get off.
The best cleaner I have come across for this is S100 Total Cycle Wash. You can find it online or at any Harley Davidson dealer. The Harley dealer usually has a nice size 1.32 gallon bottle for around $45..... that will last the weekend warrior a small lifetime. They also have 33 oz. bottles. For wheel wells and engine bays I dilute it 5:1. Its non-acidic so it wont stain if you let it sit too long. Works amazing for bugs on the front too. One of the best all around cleaners I've used.
Its labeled as S100 only to the biker crowd...... for car detailers its labeled as P21S, but they are both the same products. S100 is a little less expensive too.
Alright, well I went into Advaned Auto Parts meaning to get Professionals Favorite No More Dust, but I saw that when you get EagleOne A2Z Wheel Cleaner you get Keep Clean for free...
The question is... should I use this and wax or either one by themselves?

Alright well after the wash today I've already ran out of Eagle One A2Z tire/wheel cleaner. It was really good but does anybody have anything that will last longer. I think I've only used it for 2-3 washes...
The bottles that Eagle One supplies wastes too much product. Run up to Home Depot, Sams/Coscto or Sally's Beauty Supply and buy a pack of large spray bottles. I buy the ones from Sally's because they give an ultra fine mist for spraying hair. A quick mist over the tires should last you for a couple months.
My favorite bottles are the little spray bottles from Sally's with the pictures of scissors and combs on them. I put all my detail sprays in those and they last forever, the mist is super fine. Tolco - Sally Shear Mist Trigger Sprayer Youre mainly after the spray head, but the bottles work well cause they are small and dont take up much room.
followed the instructions allowed it 30 min to dry (recommends 15min) and it dry properly just left a white coat. I wiped it off and tried it with a microfiber cloth on another wheel still had the same problem...
I just threw it away and waxed them..good thing (and no wonder)I got it for free
