What to use on Rims Procomp 1028 series ? - Toyota Tundra Forums : Tundra Solutions Forum

I have the ProComp 1028 series rims ProComp Wheels - Series 1028 .

They are starting to get sprinkler spots on them... I was wondering if any one else has these rims. Also, what is a good product to get them to look new again.

I need to clean these before they start to get pitting if not already. The Simulated Bead Lock Styling does not allow water to drain and water from the sprinkler has been sitting in there for some time now!

Not really sure what the material these are made of as I am a true amature when it comes to this.

Are they uncoated or clear coated? If you rub something abrasive like polish on them does your applicator turn black?

Either way, a decent all in one cleaner (Eagle One A2Z or P21s Wheel Cleaner) and a good wheel sealant (Poorboys or Detailers Pride) should take care of it.
