Default Review: SwissVax Concorso and Shield

So I finally had a little bit of time to polish up the truck and crack open the jars of SV Concorso and Shield. My GF bought me a new Flex polisher as my PC was showing its age already. The quick detail went as follows:
  • Pre soak of Meg's Shampoo Plus via foam gun
  • P21s Body wash-2 bkt method cut with ONR
  • CG Citrus Wheel Cleaner Gel diluted 5:1 via SV Wheel Brush
  • SV Pneu Rubber Dressing
  • SV autobahn wheel wax
  • Migliore Wheel Seal
  • Menz P085RD via blue LC CCS w/Flex
  • SV Concorso 1x
  • SV Shield 2x

Here are some quick pictures that I took from yesterday and this morning before I went to work. It was raining so I didn't want to get my gf's camera wet.

Here's a few photos for ya JumboJet! Haven't forgotten about you buddy

Thanks For Looking

I LOVE our color blue when it is all shiny!! Don't you just hate when you put that much time into the cleaning and polishing just to have it rain the next day before you even get to see it in the sun?!?!? Oh well, at least it's beading all the water and dries off nice...

Oooo, thats detail porn right there. I think thats the deepest your truck has looked so far, and the beading shots were great. I like it.

Any girl that buys you a Flex is a keeper in my book. Get a ring on that girl's finger........ quick.

detail porn ah! hahaha thanks jumbo. Here's the best sunshine photo I could muster up before work and the rain

Yea it sucks when I put the effort in to see it rain the next day. Actually since we've been having a bit rainy weather here in Hawai'i for the past few weeks, spotty rain with brief periods of sun. When I was going at it with the compound on the hood, it started to drizzle and I could already see it landing on my hood, I looked up at the sky saw huge black clouds rolling down the mountains. I said "damnit man" then went back to work and finished it up drizzle and all.

Even yesterday I finished my morning job early so I came home and gave the truck some ONR loving and it started pouring halfway through, I said screw it and kept on going. Drove the truck down to the mall where my 2nd job is and ONR'd the truck again with my pump sprayer and actually waxed my truck AGAIN in the parking structure! Man if I had a dollar for every stare I got....coulda paid for the wax already haha. I even had mr. mall cop come by on his segway stare at me while I was doing the lower half, I looked at him and said wassup then he just kept on going. Damn I need help

I used to have a set of wheels just like those on a Chevy. Sure would love to have them on my Tundra. They look great on your truck. As you can see from my sig picture, mine is the same color blue, only with the fender flares and I went with a little extra height as opposed to lowering. Love the look of your truck!! One day, I'll get some black 18's and wrap them with 33's to complete the look I want. If I can figure out how to attach pictures, I'll show you guys the fruits of my polishing labor. Gotta' take the kid to the water park for a few hours, I'll try to attach pics when I get home this evening...
