Default First bumper ding!

I backed into the neighbors truck the other day and ended up putting a "ding" in the rear bumper. I think I can rub out the scratch but is there any way I can possibly push the small ding back out? I remember seeing these "spoons" that body shops use and was wondering if something like that would work for me.

If not, does anyone know how good of a job those mobile dent fixing companies do?

One last question for Brandon.

I have to admit I've neglected washing and waxing the Taco like I should. Coaching softball all spring and summer has left me with no time to myself. The Taco has no roughness to the paint when you run your fingers over it so claying doesn't seem to need done. What process should I begin with, after washing of course, before I put on the Souveran wax? I have mostly Pinnacle products in my aresenal.

Try the baggie test, I'm almost willing to bet you'll feel roughness in the paint. Place your hand in a ziplock sandwich baggie and rub your hand over the paint while the truck is wet, right after a wash is best so you know you're not just feeling surface dirt. The baggie will magnify the sensation in your finger tips. If the paint feels like fine grit sand paper then you'll need to clay. If you plan on doing a major detail you should always clay as a first step in proper prep work. Otherwise you're just sealing in all those nasty contaminants.

I know you directed your question towards Brandon, sorry to impose.
