How to remove paint spots from interior

Hi there ALL,

My wife went with my daughter to elementary school fair where they paint skin, well daughter went in back of car and some paint spots all over vinyl and leather and plastic.
Wife tried 409 did not work, alcohol got of a little but not all and left white residue and I told her to stop there.

I am wondering what is a good cleaner that wont fade plastic and vinyl?

I want to apply some kind of leather conditioner afterward and not make things worse.

ANY IDEAS?
