2.wash and quick detail my frame reguarly
3.vacume regularly
4.quick detail body and rims daily
5.clay bar and wax every 4 months

If you really have the cleaning bug, you can come over to my place and clean my truck. I'm sure the truck will love you for it. . I think my truck has been washed maybe once in the last 8-9 months(6 months of it was because it was disabled and going through a face lift).

Speaking of cleaning the frame... what is a good way to clean the frame ? I don't feel like ordering anything from any specialty websites. I just want to know what I can use from the local auto parts store.

I clean the underbody/frame about every other month. I use the pressure steam nozzle at the DIY car wash..

the truck gets washed once or twice a week, waxed every 4th weekend, interior gets cleaned at least once a week, and gets a good moisturizing/deep cleaning 2 times a month.

The truck stays clean and shiney, and the interior always looks clean and never stinks....

i'm bit pretty bad, and I'm getting worse. I used to only wash once a month with my old car, and I never cleaned the frame. I would probably wash the truck 3 times a week if I had the time...

How bad are yall with cleaning supplies for it? I have a different chemical for every surface. and 2 rags for each chemical. I use a rag twice, then it gets washed, and I use the other rag for then. I rotate them....

I used to clean mine weekly.

I have slacked off since moding the truck and running out of time to clean it.

I did however clean it today. Just got back from a 4 day weekend of being in the mud.

I cleaned from 11:30am til 7:00pm and I have not even touched the inside of the truck. No wonder I used to clean it weekly...

Some things I do in addition to the usual car wash & wax:
- crawl under my 05 Sequioa with the garden hose (yes, totally under the thing) and sprayer and hose down all of the dust & dirt.
- clean and armor-all inside the fender-wells.
- clean the inside of all door jambs
- wipe out the engine compartment
- clean and dry out each individual wheel lug nut cavity

After all is said and done, pull out my chair, pack of smokes and a beer and stare at the results. Wife thinks I am nuts!

I washed my truck last month, does that count for anything? I usually wash it every 2 months up here at school when the cinders make my white truck look a reddish brown color. When I am at my house it usually gets a detailing followed by a wash every couple weeks.

I really only clean it when its dirty... Is that so wrong???
