Dang, I've heard of people using their kids to break into houses but cars too? Sad day we live in. That is one reason why I keep an extra cover over the things I keep in the backseat. Also, the CDs I do have in my truck are all copies or custom CDs I've made from music I ripped from my own CD collection.

As to the earlier comment about the nerf/tube steps, that is why I kept mine. I was going to sell them, but they work out great for stopping most doors. I just wish they stuck out about and inch and a half further so they could stop truck doors too. Man, I hate having to park next to other trucks or other vehicles for that matter. I wouldn't mind having a slightly smaller, more manueverable vehicle.

As for debadging, I can agree with pistolpete's comment about making the truck look generic. My Tundra has been debadged, and when parked next to a Ford or Chevy, it blends in real well now. Don't have to worry about someone dinging or scratching me because they hate foreign pickups.

Dammit, talk about vandalism, someone just did it to mine today. Came back from work as we pull up to my truck, I noticed what looks like a dimple in the ac doors just below the moldings. Got out to find 2 deep gouge down to the metal and the molding with about 1/8" deep dent on the gouges. Couldn't have been done by another vehicle because the damage was from down to up at a 45degree angle from the chip resistant paint to the molding. Damn I'm pissed about it.
