Any auto parts store (or Wally World, for that matter) will have a slew of plastic polishes. Everyone has their favorite. Grab some, and apply with liberal helpings of elbow grease (or, better yet, use a wax buffer).

Try Plexus. It is a plastic polish/wax/cleaner. I use it on my head lights to keep them up to snuff. I'm not sure if it will take all of your yellowing off but perhaps if you worked at it a while it might work.

I have only found that stuff on line. Do a google search about cleaning yellowing head lights. I have read some stuff on how to do that online before. I don't recall what it said or where I read it though.

Brasso works great at less than $3 per bottle in Wal-Mart's cleaning aisle where other metal polishers are located.

I just use the same polish and wax combination that I use for my truck on my lights.

Usually Optimum Polish and Acrylic Jett.

My buddy did the head lights on his BMW w/toothpaste and said it worked great. Same basic principle as a mild rubbing compound. Plus you got it kicking around the house now, try it on a small corner.

I keep mine waxed on my Tundra with Collinite 845 Insulator Wax. The headlights yellowed on my Civic and tried every type of plastic polish out there to eliminate the discoloration. Nothing seemed to work so ended up getting new headlights for it. Now keep those waxed as well. Someone told me that they yellow from the soaps and wax used at the car wash.

I have found the solution! Mothers Chrome and Aluminum Polish. A buddy of mine recommended it and it works like a charm. 10 minutes polishing away at each light and they look brand new. I will work on posting pics.

This topic has been discussed in several other posts. I used a product available at most auto parts stores to fix mine. See the following post:

There's a product from Flitz that does wonders. Made my corolla headlights look new again.
2004 Tundra doublecab SR5 4x4, TRD package, 2.5" Swayaway/Racerunner coilovers, 18" moto metal 951c with Nitto Terra Grapplers, K&N filter, Wet okole front and rear custom seat covers, A.R.E. Bed cover, TRD 3rd brake light cover, custom viper alarm, Gold plated emblems. CPS Westin Bull bar, Westin Driving lights, polished Elliptical bumper grill.

Still to come: custom dash kit, JBA headers, exhaust, and eventually custom paint. And whatever else looks appealing!
