Default Best way to install 3rd brake light on snugtop shell?

Hi,
I have a 2003 Toyota Tundra with a tow package. I just got a snugtop super sport shell for it. The shell has wiring for the dome light inside and the third brake light. My truck does not have any pre existing wiring for the shell. What is the best way to connect the dome and brake light? I have a tow package and was wondering if I can connect the 2 lights to the already existing tow package wiring? Or would I be better off running a wire from the dome light to the battery with a fuse, and connecting the third brake light to the rear driver side brake light? Thanks for your time.
