06 Tundra Access Cab OEM Foglight Install

There's a boatload of foglight installs in the forums. Seams fairly simple. The wiring is already there...behind the wheelwell cover. The fuse is in place. Installing the new stalk is fairly simple. My question is the location of the new relay.
The fuse box in my 06 Access cab contains relays. Is this where the new relay will go...and what position is it in?
The install seams easy...am I dreaming?
Any advise will be appreciated.
