Default Outside Power Rearview Mirror - Glass Replacement??

I noticed the TSB on the Outside Power Rearview Mirror - Glass Replacement. How do you know if you have a problem and need this TSB to be performed. I have noticed that my drivers side mirror vibrated excessively compaired to my passenger side mirror. Does this mean I should take it in?

The TSB does not identify a problem. The TSB is to notify dealers that the mirror glass assembly is now available as a sub-assembly.
