What is this connector for?

I am installing heated seats in a 1gen tundra and was wondering if this connector is for the heated seats, if you had that factory option. I've measured the leads with igition off, on, and engine on, with no voltage. Checked the seat heater fuse, it's good. Since there's no power going to this connector, what is it for? And for those who have factory heated seats, where is the connector hidden? Any help is greatly appreciated.
