Vsc overide

Has anybody figured out how to overide the VSC? I have a 05 dc limited with auto rear diff and 4WD. I want to be able to turn off the VSC with a switch so it will only work when I want it to. I cant belive Toyota didnt provide this from the factory. I am setting up my truck for overland travel and would like to work out the electrical issues before I am stuck in the backcountry.
Also does anybody know how to make the rear diff stay engaged when the 4WD is turned on?
I love my truck, but toyota really started to make these trucks too safe for me.

I hear you loud and clear. I have a 04 double cab and have been looking over the vsc wiring diagrams for a while, but it looks like the vsc just intersects to many systems. Right now I'm looking into a 4wd activation bypass without engaging the 4wd, but leaving it isolated.

Basically, tricking the vsc into thinking that it is in 4wd and overriding the system.

I'll let you know if I make any progress.
