Default HID Retrofit Wiring Issue

I have finally completed my HID Retrofit. I went to wire the headlights this past weekend and had no luck. Here are the following components

Acura TL Bixenon projecors
Matsushita Ballasts
H4 Wiring Harness

I have emailed pictures to the company that I bought all of the components from and he has told me that everything is wired correctly. The two of us now are wondering if it is the ground. Does anyone know if the ground for a Toyota Tundra are ground switched? Currently I am using a bolt found nead my windshield washer fluid mount is for the ground. The company said that 4Runner's are ground switched and now he is wondering if it is also with a Tundra. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.
