Intermittant Wiper Problem

My saga continues. (2001 Sequoia Limited 4x4 for anyone who cares)

During my last jumpstart (due to mystery battery drain), I blew both headlights and fog lights. In addition, it must have blown the intermittent feature of my wipers. (it rained today - so it became obvious)

Anyone know how to fix this? I checked every fuse in the car and the washer function and both speeds work fine. (so does the rear)

Is this a blown relay or is it contined in the stalk?

The intermitant feature as you said , is in the wiper switch (stalk).
