Have you heard of an HID company called "5DHID"?

I found a set of HID's for a $100 that would fit my suv, but they are by a company I have never heard of so I was wondering if anyone here ever heard of the company and maybe give some input about it.

Never heard of them. However, I would contact Jeff over at DirectJG HID's. He sells DDM HID's manufactured by Apexcone. They work great and I haven't had any problems with them. They're about the same price and come with slim ballasts. The ones above are regular ballasts.

Be prepared for people jumping in and saying you should retrofit and blah blah blah.
