In a jam help needed... backup light wire location

Well I finished installing my jvc dvd player and all I need to complete my rear view camera install is to locate the wire for the reverse lights in order to tap into. I was told by crutchfield it is a blue wire on the passenger kick panel. Anybody have pics or a more in detail location of the correct wire?

There is one in the K3 plug (K9 for JBL) You want the wire from pin number 3. (Non-JBL uses K3 pin 3 and JBL uses K9 pin 4.) Which one is wire number three? Look at the side of the plug with all the holes and count across the top from left to right. It's the lone white wire on the K3 plug .

Worked like a charm. I went back to the original thread and the paragraph you posted was for the speed sensor (white wire) the backup sensor is on the same plug, but the blue wire. You helped me figure the darn thing out though. Thanks again
