Wiring 3rd Brake Light - LED

I ordered thru E-bay an all-LED high-mounted replacement brake light. It came in the mail with no instructions. I tried to do a bench test with my battery jump-box but got nothing.

It comes with 3 wires: BLACK, RED and WHITE. Would someone help me with hooking it up?
(What wire goes where?)

My best guess would be....black is ground, red is positive for the red brake light, white is positive for the white cargo light. Can you show us the ebay link?
