Question cargo lamp and wheels

have 2000 limited tundra does anyone know if cargo light should turn off if swithch is on keys out doors shut should it turn off after 60 seconds or not also any one know what wheels will fit want 16+8 inch looked at burst by american racing an atlas thanks tim hiles email amyern@citynet.net
