Default Overhead console/map light wiring help

I got an overhead console from ebay in hopes that the wiring was already in the headliner. But I guess Toyota wanted to save 10 cents and did not the wire/connector for it. I have cut the headliner and installed the unit and now need to wire it.
Can anyone tell me where the connections for this assembly should come from? I looked at splicing into the dome light, but the wire does not look heavy enough to support the addition of this light. Also, can I get a connector (3 pin) for this from Toyota without a major hassle, or should I get one from a junk yard?
Thanks.

What type of overhead console is it? What wiring does it require?

Hi Glenn, The console is the stock console with the map/personal lights and the sunglass/garage door compartment. I have a low end Tundra Access cab and that model does not come with one. I printed a copy of the 2001 interior lights wiring diagram, so I have the wire colors to look for. I was really surprised to not find the 3 wire connector for the console when I looked under the head liner. I was posting to see if anyone else had done this mod and had an easy solution for getting the wiring up there.
Looks like have to go under the dash anc trace them from there.

Steve

Steve,
I have attached the 2002 EWD for the interior lights. Hope this helps some.

Thanks Glenn. Looks like the drawing will be very helpful. I'll post my results and a "how-to", once I get it wired.
