I did it, got the CRL PowerSlider. I used a stock Sequoia rear window switch in the vacant switch position you noted. However, you have to use a pair of relays to operate the window via the switch -- the switch is not designed to be directly connected to window motors (in the Sequoia, the switch connects to two inputs on the Body Computer).
