I have a sequoia, would I be able to make the trunk door window auto up/down with this mod?

i would like to know also. i thought of this too. our highlander has the auto-up feature and i thought about trying it by getting one of her switchs out, and trying it before i bought one. but i thought of a couple of options.

1. by one of the new switch and it would work just fine.

2. by a new switch and get a different relay?

3. somehow the new switch would have a relay built in and would work?

if someone has a Seq. already or access to one maybe they could try being that would most likely be the parts we would be using?

these are just ideas anybody got anything else

Forget the doors, I can at least reach those while driving. What about the rear window!? I have to stretch forward and bend down to HOLD down the rear window button.

Also, what the heck is up with the rear window stopping at 3/4 the way up!? Not only do I have to stretch forward and bend down but now I have to do it twice!? Pppftftftfttftftft!

Also, also, why is the rear defrost across the console next to the passenger, but the hazard switch is nice and near? If those were the same size, I would swap em. I can't see out the back and now I have to stretch and lean to get that one to work.

Ok. enough. I love the Tundra, but those were my 3 little gripes. So now... I'm all griped out.

That's exactly what i'm saying! The rear window going 3/4 the way up and then finnishing off after re-pressing the button bugs the hell out of me. And i'm definitely agreeing on the placement of some of the buttons. Why the heck wouldn't Toyota just put the rear window switch with all the window switches on the passenger side door? All up and down powered windows should be grouped together in my opinion...the stretch to reach the button sucks but just the annoying idea that you have buttons that aren't grouped together like they should be.

Bump because I continue to get jealous of my wife's Seqoia. Anyone have any luck in changing/adding a switch to have auto up & down for the Tundra DC?

This is my one gripe from moving from my jetta to the tundra, the freakin windows. I guess 3 years of one touch up, one touch down, and stick the key in the door to close or open up everything. Ahhhh, the jetta, too bad it broke down every other week.

My wifes 05 Altima has auto up/down for both front windows. I really like this feature and miss it when i drive the Tundra. Also, when i disarm the Altima's alarm, if i hold the unlock button down on the second push it lowers both front windows automatically.

Default Alarm

My friend installs alarms and he has a button on the clicker that puts all windows down. He also wired it to a switch on the dash. SO I believe if you get an alarm and have the guy wire this up you could have it work. I have no clue how he did it but I plan on having it done to my tundra. He drove a 4 runner so it was in the family.

Update: Flight Control?, the GD plane has crashed into the GD mountain.

complete failure, unless you can injection mold a new plastic frame for the two position rocker switch (single position on non-autodown)and re-solder the green computer circuitry. ahhh!!!!

Any one need a DC master window switch button? cheap?
PM me. for offer.
