I have another one for the group. Is it possible to program the factory alarm to unlock both the drivers and passengers door when you push the unlock button? Mine only unlocks the drivers side and you have to push the unlock button a second time to get the pass door to unlock. I looked at the programing instructions and I did not find the dual procedure.
Thanks for any inputs you all may have.
Bob

Thats the way most alarms are. You didn't mention which alarm system you have, but when you unlock it with the key, the alarm is still armed and responding to either the triggering of the shock sensor or the open door trigger.

Here's the problem. If I lock the truck with the remote, I set the alarm off if I open with the key. I don't always have the remote with me. I try to remember always to lock with the button on the door, but sometimes I forget. The neighbors love me.
