Unhappy Electric window problems

I have a 2000 Tundra that recently has been giving me fits with the passenger side electric window. Coming back from a hunting trip this week end, the window went down partially and would not come back up. After waiting a few minutes, I tried it again and it worked. This same scenario repeated itself several times as I kept trying to repeat the problem. I drive alot on rough roads and wonder if this might have shaken (not stirred) something loose. The driver side works fine. Now it is stuck partially down and won't return up. Any ideas? Also, how do I get the door panel off to check connections without wrecking anything?

I have a very similiar problem with only the Driver window. Will not come back up. It has happend 2 or 3 times over the last year. Yesterday I put it down and it never came back up. I was going to pull the panel and have a look see tonight. I was just wondering if you had a chance to look at yours
