Default want to wire fogs without hlights on

I have a 04 4runner. The switch is in the stalk. Has anybody ever done this. I did it on my 01 tundra, but that was pretty easy

Has been done on a '03 Tundra. Should be similar. Instructions in the "Garage". Will make wiring diagrams available for your vehicle on request in the "Garage".
