Default Fog Lights Inop!

Anybody have any problem with the foglights not working? They don't work at all.

How are your fogs not working? Have you made any changes to the wiring lately?

Default In the case of '03 Sequioia

Possibly burnt / bad body ECU. I've got that issue right now trying to diagnose it. really SUCKS. Seems internal on computer not making ground connection. Bypass that lead and lights work!?

Big Thanks to Glenn (Nhparrot) for all the diagrams to track it down!!!!

Push the button and nothing. Haven't done any wiring work, just a body lift and headers. Would it be the dimmer switch? Since the fog lights go off after the brights are turned on, thought maybe that might be it. The bulbs are new zenon bulbs.

Thanks for the reply!

If you have DRL's check:
20A FR Fog Fuse
10A HEAD LO LH Fuse
Are your DRL's working?
Check to see if you can hear the fog relay trip
With a multimeter, check voltage at the fog bulb sockets
check the bulbs

If you don't have DRL's check:
20A FR Fog Fuse
Check to see if you can hear the fog relay trip
With a multimeter, check voltage at the fog bulb sockets
check the bulbs

For the 2001, there are circuit diagrams available at INFO:Lighting & Electronics Electrical Diagrams

Default Drl

Daytime Running Lights (not driving lights), headlights come on automatically when you start the truck but at a lower intensity. Different circuits and fuses if you have Daytime running light and if you don't

Thanks Glenn. Where is the fog light relay located? Is there an inline fuse or is it on the fuse panel with the other fuses?

I Appreciate your help!

This is hilarious....both fog light bulbs blew at the same time...ODD? Never had that happen before and I'm sure somethng caused it.

What could cause both bulbs to blow at the same time?

Thanks all.
