Default power rear sliding window

i found that the motor for the power window is on the rear passenger side seat!! now i need another place to place my amps but i wonder if its possible move the motor else where instead ... has anyone done this before? if so, HOW! but, if not possible, where should i place my amps!!

-two 300/2 jl audio
-500/1 jl audio
