DayTime Running Lights - I want them

Just bought a used 2002 Regular Cab V6 auto w/o daytime running lights. Call me crazy but I love daytime running lights and I want them on my trruck! Is there a part or mod. that can add this feature?

...try connecting the drl lines on each side of the engine bay. of course, if the truck doesnt have those, ryan's method is a sure-fire winner

Adding DRL

this explains how to do it on a 07/08 tundra. I figured this out and got steves DRL to work and have done a few here at work.

And with almost 30k on the truck, not even a burned out bulb!
I also like your method because it keeps the bulbs at the higher, brighter
level.

DRLs are unfortunately a cop-magnet, since they really make you stand out.

Yeah, I hade them on my Taco and burned bulbs out like crazy. $70 PIAA's down the ****er and $40 silver stars down the ****er. And when ever i drove on base at night they would ask me why i didnt dim my lights every single time i came on base.

Silver Stars didnt last me 3 months on either set in my tundra WITHOUT DRL, they are CR*P bulbs (IMO).
I have $70 RAYBRIG's in my wifes 04 Sequoia and they have been there since week 1, it has DRL.
We do not see very many light issues due to DRL's.
Sorry to hear your PIAA's went in the ****er, those are nice bulbs.
