Question cruise control not working!

I have an 02 sr5 access cab. When I set the cruise and apply the brakes It will not resume sometimes. Is there an easy fix?

Depressing the brake pedal cancels the preset speed. If the vehicle speed falls below 25 mph, the preset speed will automatically cancel out. If the vehicle speed drops 10 mph below the preset speed, the preset speed will also automatically cancel out. Refer to section 1-6 of the owner's manual.

That is wierd. I have an '01 SR5 4X2 and If I hit the brakes after I have the cruise set, my truck always goes back once I use the resume on my cruise. Every time. I read this post yesterday but didn't reply then because I wanted to make sure it did it today. I am a big time user of my cruise because of the daily driving I do (to-from-work) and so far, so good Not sure why yours isn't.

If a combo of all these whizz bangs met their claims you'd have to siphon gas out of your tank every second day and sell the excess horsepower on the third????
If your engine doesn't consume ANY oil it will seize???
Some people should not be allowed access to tools without books!!!
