Default Alarm going off for no apparent reason??

I have a 2002 Tundra with the factory RS3000 alarm. Recently, the alarm has been going off for no apparent reason. I go out to the truck and check everything when it happens. There's no indication of anyone being near it.

Anyone else experience this? Any ideas on what could be causing it? Any thoughts would definitely be appreciated.

Thanks

Check to see if you have a squirrel(s) hiding under your hood. My alarm used to go for no apparent reason and then that's when I found a squirrel chewing off my alarm wires . Got pix in my gallery too.

Also, check to see if your door(s) is completley closed.

We had this problem in my wife's old Solara. It turned out the sensitivity on the glass break sensor was too high. There was construction going on around her office building and when the big dump trucks when by they rattled the glass enough to make the alarm go off.

Other possibilities are the state of the batteries in the fobs, and possible shorts/loose connections between the door pin switches, and Alarm ECU inputs and the Alarm ECU.

Thanks for the ideas guys. I don't think I have a problem with rodents (although your pictures were interesting) since the truck spends its nights in the garage. However the other ideas will definitely give me some stuff to check out.
