Sorry, no I don't. They have several to choose from & any will work as long as it is 12 volts. I bought the one that snap fits into a hole that you drill. I drilled through the small rectangular(1/2 in by 1 1/2in) plastic cover that would be discarded if you bought the factory led. It is located directly to the right of the instrument light dimmer. The led's are polarity sensitive, so if you hook it up & it doesn't light, just swap the two wires.

I'm just as frugal (cheap as the next guy, but I went ahead and spent the $20 plus tax for the Toyota LED. It not only pops right in the dash, but it also plugs right into the wiring harness. No cuting and splicing wires nor any guess work. You also get the built in microphone in case you add the Glass Break Sensor. I also assume using the Toyota part will not violate any warranty as long as they don't know it was not a Do It Yourself install.
I think it's just as simple as if the GBS is not setup/installed, then that feature is not available. So, if someone breaks the glass to steal something in the truck, you're SOL. But if the dummy breaks the glass, then opens the door, the alarm will sound. I think that's all there is to it.
I'd definitely hook it up if I were you. It only takes about 30-45 mins conservatively, and you get the free alarm. I'd also recommend you upgrade to club member status so that you can access instructions on this website to program the remote. Features like auto arm option, auto door lock/unlock (when you start the car/turn off the car), etc. are in the instructions.
Tip: carefully reinstall the bottom kickpanel (lower dash panel) noting to align all tabs into their respective holes. I bent the crap out of one of the tabs trying to force the panel back on when it didn't align that well. Idiot!
Has anyone that has activated the RS3000 without buying the LED and GBS tried to turn off the auto locking door function. I tried tonight and it's not working. I have followed the steps in the garage to no avail. I get the single chirp at the end of phase 1 of the programming but when I do the final step I don't get the 2 chirps that indicated the function is turned off. I'm wondering if it because I don't have the LED and GBS.
Are you talking about the Passive (automatic) Arming function ? It took me several tries, but I finally got it turned off.
If you're talking about the Automatic door lock and unlock, that took me longer to get right. I think on that one, I had to either start with the driver's door closed OR just start off with only the driver's door open. Sorry, I can't totally remember. Good luck.
I think it would be easier if you all just walked in to the service department and asked for a photo copy of the installation instructions, thats what I did. They would be happy to do it, coz the upgradable alarm kit purchased over the counter does not come with the instructions.
I have a 2001 Tundra, in which the dealer talked me into purchasing an alarm. My remote says "United States Auto Security" on it. Is this the same as the factory RS3000??? If it is, I gotta go raise hell at the dealer and get a refund!
Here's the link to their website, so you can see what the remotes look like. Plus, if this is the same company, maybe they have the GBS?
the lower dash cover is also known to many as the kick panel.
The RS3000 plus instructions say to:
1. remove negative battery
2. remove drivers step cover
3. remove the drivers cowl cover (plastic nearest the left foot rest)
4. remove hood release cover
5. remove lower dash cover(below the steering column)
may seem like alot of steps, but its easier than it seems. hope this helps.
