I'm guessing maybe turn signal relay going bad because the tick is quieter when it beeps. Normal tick sound (as compared to right side) all the rest of the time. It beeps when you first put blinker on for 4-5 times then reverts to normal tick with an occasional beep.
Radio and everything else was off so it wasn't a song on the radio. I can duplicate it easily so will need to search. Any other ideas??

Interesting that you should mention this as I was about to start a similar thread. My symptoms are the same as yours with the exception that mine rings like some one hitting a musical triangle.
I was considering replacing the relay, which was a small plastic cylinder on my Chevy Nova. No idea what or where it is on my Tundra though. Doesn't really bother me all that much which is why I've let it go.
If I find out more I'll let you know.
